Red Roof Inn Phoenix North – I-17 at Bell Rd

This was a nice hotel and pet friendly. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in super easy. It was very reasonably priced. I was on the first floor due to having a pet which was great and I was glad that there was no carpet. It looked like the bathroom was newly remodeled. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was hard but it wasn't bad. There also was a nice pool. There is a sidewalk in front of the hotel, beware when walking you pets. There are sticky spurs in the gravel.

From the phone call prior to check in to the girl at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Got to the rooms and they were very clean and better than I expected. Plenty of semi truck parking in their lot that can hold maybe 20 trucks and trailers if parked right. Over all this was a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel and a great place to stay if you just want somewhere comfortable and easy to sleep. Everything was clean and quiet. The young front desk girl with the colored hair was really kind and helpful at check in and made the stay feel pleasant. Props!

Friendly staff with clean rooms! I booked the room via Booking.com at a descent rate. The description of the room and hotel were accurate. I checked in and was greeted in a friendly manner. I was given directions to my room and check-out time. The lobby was clean and modern. The room and bathroom were clean and organized. The bed was comfortable and gave a great night's rest. The check-out process was easy with no hassle. This reservation didn't include breakfast, but it was clearly written before I made my reservation. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, even a Quick Trip if you need a quick snack or food on the go. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Desert Valley/North Phoenix area.

My husband and I stayed here for the night January 8-9 2026. Both Diana and Gina were so very helpful in accommodating us with a different room after being checked into another which made it impossible for us to see our vehicle. Since we were traveling with our truck and car hauler we wanted to be able to see it as we had packed some things in the truck bed. I was able to view another room with Diana and was able to view our vehicle outside! The Security at the hotel is fantastic as we noticed the patrolling security personnel at night. The room was sufficient for our needs and we appreciated the separate sink from the bathroom! The beds were super comfy and the tv in the room was more than we asked with access to channels we don’t get at home! Thanks so much Red Roof Inn! First timers at your accommodations and we hope to use you again in the future.

Excellent experience at this location they do charge a $50 deposit at check in, I just wish the lady at front desk was more transparent about that when I called and asked if I make a reservation online do u pay deposit she told me “only if u make the reservation at front desk” I paid online for my reservation got there and still had to pay a deposit. Other than that it’s very clean easy parking. Everything works including ice machine and they are spacious rooms I recommend

Helpful Staff! Nice place, good location. BIG shout out to the staff there on a busy Saturday evening. We had a little misunderstanding with our reservation made through a third party site, but they were super patient and professional about it and were able to work with us and resolve the issue!

Red Roof we've been to we were bouncing around for a baseball tournament. The rooms were super clean as soon as you walked in you could tell that they were in great shape. I didn't see any bugs at all and I looked. I don't know if a freshly remodeled this place or not but even the showers were clean the mold was looking new the shower heads and handles look super clean and new so either we lucked out or they're keeping this place up to par.
